We are a commercial finance brokerage in Chingford, East London, arranging funding for businesses, property investors and developers across the UK.

Our story

Sadi's Commercial Finance was founded by Jaff Sadi after more than 25 years inside UK banking — high street, retail and commercial.

For most of that time, Jaff was the person on the other side of the desk. He approved and declined the very applications brokers submit. And he kept seeing the same thing: sound businesses turned down, not because the deal was bad, but because it had been sent to the wrong lender, or put together in a way that was never going to survive a credit committee.

One bank means one credit policy, one appetite, and one answer. A business owner hearing “no” rarely finds out whether that was a verdict on their business or simply on that particular lender's mood that quarter.

He started SCF to change the order of things: understand the business first, then go and find the lender that fits it — out of a panel of more than 300, rather than one.

How we work

• Deals structured for approval, not just submission. Anyone can fill in a form. Knowing how a case reads to a credit team is the part that gets it funded.
• An honest answer early. If we do not think it will fly, we will say so at the start rather than after six weeks of paperwork.
• One specialist, start to finish. The person you speak to first is the person who takes it through to drawdown.
• No single-provider bias. We are not tied to a lender, so the recommendation is the one that suits the deal.

Credentials

Sadi's Commercial Finance is a member of the NACFB and FIBA, and a member of the Newham Chamber of Commerce. Jaff holds an MBA in Banking and Finance and is a member of the Chartered Banker Institute.
