Our Partners — Accounting & Tax Support

Sadi's Commercial Finance works alongside a small number of trusted professional partners so our clients can access joined-up financial support — funding from SCF, and specialist advice from people we know and rate.

We keep the list deliberately short. A partner only goes on this page if we would use them ourselves and if their work makes a real difference to how a funding application lands with a lender.

AtlasBC — Accounting & Tax Advisory

AtlasBC — Atlas Bookkeeping & Consultancy logo

AtlasBC provides a full range of accountancy, bookkeeping and tax services designed to give business owners clarity, compliance and confidence.

SCF and AtlasBC work in partnership to offer clients a seamless blend of commercial finance and professional accounting support. While SCF clients are not required to use AtlasBC, this in‑house service is available for those who want integrated financial and funding solutions. Likewise, AtlasBC clients can benefit from SCF's specialist commercial finance expertise.

How the partnership helps you

  • Funding and figures in one place — lenders want clean, current accounts. Having your accountant and your broker aligned removes a common cause of delay.
  • Faster applications — management accounts, filed accounts and tax position can be prepared in the format lenders actually ask for.
  • Fewer surprises at credit — issues that sink applications, such as overdue filings or figures that contradict the bank statements, get spotted before a lender sees them.
  • No obligation — using AtlasBC is entirely optional. SCF will work with your existing accountant just as happily.

When clients tend to use both

  • Accounts are out of date and funding is urgent. Most lenders want management accounts no more than three months old. If yours are behind, that is usually the first thing to fix.
  • The last filed accounts undersell the business. A set of accounts prepared to minimise tax can make a healthy business look marginal to a credit team. It helps to have someone who can explain the numbers.
  • A property or trading business is being restructured. Moving property into a limited company, or separating trading from investment, has both tax and lending consequences. They are best considered together.
  • A lender has asked for something you do not have. Projections, a debtor breakdown, an aged creditor list — these are quick for an accountant and slow for a business owner.

Common questions

Do I have to use AtlasBC to get funding through SCF?
No. Using AtlasBC is entirely optional and it makes no difference to the funding we can arrange or the terms you are offered. We work with clients' existing accountants every day.

Does it cost more to use both?
AtlasBC charge for accountancy work in the normal way. There is no additional SCF fee for introducing you, and no markup.

Will my information be shared between the two firms?
Only with your permission, and only what is needed for the piece of work in hand. The two businesses are separate and you decide what is passed across.

Can AtlasBC clients use SCF?
Yes. The arrangement works in both directions — AtlasBC clients can access SCF's commercial finance expertise without becoming an SCF client for anything else.

Can you work with my existing accountant instead?
Yes, and we often do. Tell us who they are and we will deal with them directly for the documents a lender needs, so you are not stuck relaying messages.
